Staff Training
Sarah at SpoonyCooks is a fully qualified trainer with foundation degrees in learning as well as food science. She has many years of experience in the food industry designing chilled meals, soups & sauce for luxury retailers. Ensuring consistency over a large operation. Additionally, all at SpoonyCooks has many years of experience in private catering and providing personal fine dining in winter chalets.
Training can be provided to staff members using tools that cater to all learning styles, including visual, audio and kinesthetic.
All training will be personalised to each client’s needs, but can include the following:

• Cooking at altitude
• Menu cooking, support and feedback
