A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure any dates & booking.

The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before the date of booking.
If the booking is required within 6 weeks of the reservation date full payment is needed to secure your dates.
We will provide a full refund of your remaining balance. The non-refundable deposit is not refundable.

In the case of any non-refundable amounts for any reason, you should contact your holiday insurance.
SpoonyCooks will provide Invoices for all payments.
As an extremely small business, we are happy to take responsibility & provide refunds if:
The government in your home country closes its borders for travel into or out of France forbidding travel*.
The French government closes borders with your home country forbidding travel*.
Morzine, Les Gets or Avoriaz is closed due to a strict lockdown in the immediate area or nationwide in France.

If any of these reasons means we are unable to cater for you then we will provide a full refund within 30days following your booking dates**.
As an extremely small business, we are unable to be held liable or take responsibility If.
You cancel your holiday, or you decide not to travel because of Covid-19, including reasons related to quarantine restrictions.
You or any members of your group show symptoms of or are diagnosed with Covid-19 before travelling and have to self-isolate (meaning you are unable to travel).
While in the resort:
If you or members of your group show symptoms of or are diagnosed with Covid-19 whilst on holiday and decide/have to self-isolate. SpoonyCooks will have no option but to cease staff from entering your accommodation immediately. Alternative arrangements will be provided.
If you suspect or have had confirmation of a positive Covid 19 diagnosis within your group, it is your reasonability to inform us as soon as possible.
